Where have I heard the talk of a "socialist government" taking away citizens guns and rights before

"The government is afraid of the guns people have because they have to have control of the people at all times. Once you take away the guns, you can do anything to the people. You give them an inch and they take a mile. I believe we are slowly turning into a socialist government. The government is continually growing bigger and more powerful and the people need to prepare to defend themselves against government control."

Who said that? Was it Rush Limbaugh? Glenn Beck? John Boehner? Michelle Bachman?

It was actually a statement attributed to Timothy McVeigh. He made this statement prior to blowing up the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City.

It could have been said by any of the aforementioned right wingers and they are fomenting the same kind of anger and I fear it will result in the same kind of tragic act.

with microphones instead of bombs. They are terrorizing the weak-minded and encouraging them to acts of actual terrorism.
