10. this am's testimony by scientists, was riveting, shocking!
and while I'm not easily shocked, things were revealed about govt's manipulation of scientif data on global warming, that was intensely revealing. Glad I didn't miss it and took copious notes.
Roger Pielke was there, giving the usual mixed messages about "cherry picking" climage change data, planting his usual seeds of doubt, etc.
Also present; Dr. Shindell (NASA/Goddard), Francesch Grifo (Union of Concerned Scientists), et al.
What came out was the extent to which the American Petroleum Industry has been such a huge player in sabotaging the efforts of thousands of scientists and their documents, studies showing the science behind the threat of global warming (which was changed to "climate change" and so much more. Very disheartening but glad the truth comes out now.

Let's hope their testimonies rock the US into action!

36. delighted to be here~
I've been lurking for ages, but was busy on another forum, trying to convince folks there that climate change is upon us and we need to move on to solutions. No joy - too many freepers so it was a waste of time.
How great to be here posting at last!
