I would much rather spend my weekends catching KO and Rachel since I miss them often during the week.

1. Faux can afford to do it because they have $$$$$
live shows are costly.

4. Why can't MSNBC run reruns of the shows played during the week?
Rachel Maddow Marathons... Keith, Ed--- they can play them back to back.

I would watch for a little while. I never watch that channel on the weekends now because I have no interest in convict lifestyles.

7. I like that idea too.. but I guess they determined they would not get enough eyeballs..
I suppose most weekend TV viewers arent interested in politics.

9. No doubt. I agree with you but you are competing with the mindless millions..
who just want to be entertained by their teevees.

3. Rachel and Countdown are not news, granted they don't lie like FNC
but they are pundits and the shows are not news.

If you miss them during the week, just go to

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26315908/ for Rachel

and

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3036677/ for Keith

I actually prefer watching them online. They are posted online at about 12pm ET and 11pm ET respectively.

11. Fair enough, but it still isn't a news program. I think they do fine,
I have a problem with demanding they work 7 days a week. Now if they wanted to have guest hosts on the weekend (or two days a week, whatever days) to sub in, then maybe okay. Perhaps they're hoping we all have something more healthy to do on the weekends than watch tv.

I'm glad you like them, they truly rock. And the links above work. Go watch and re-watch to your heart's content.

10. Why are conservative talk shows on hundreds of high-power radio stations...
but progressive programming is on few dozen stations using converted CB radios as transmitters?
