Would Anita Hill be a suitable SCOTUS nominee?
She was born in Oklahoma. Would she get the support of Inhofe and Coburn?

She seems like more of a scholar than Clarence Thomas ever did.

Would her presence on the Court outrage and/or shame Clarence Thomas enough to cause him to resign?

Wouldn't it be poetic justice of the most Machiavellian kind!

4. Put Anita on the same court as Clarence? ...
never get approval for one thing. Clarence will not resign that job--for him, it is the best sinecure he could ever find. No work to do and power and prestige flows in.

Doubt if Anita would be interested. At best, she would cancel his judgements.

10. And if they wanted to rehash the Thomas confirmation, that would be fantastic.
Even if she were eventually withdrawn or voted down, the shot across their bow would be thunderous.
