Prediction: Dems will have small losses in November, not nearly enough to jeopardize either majority
Say, 2 to 4 Senators and 10 to 15 Reps.

And yet the media will harp as loud as it can about how the Democrats were "massacred" by this "decisive Republican victory" and how Obama is a "lame duck", "finished", "1994 all over again" etc etc etc.

You read it here first.

1. If they ever do take over again....
...I hope the Dems give them every ounce of the cooperation that the gop has given them.

I hope you're right though.

9. This will be one hell of a wake-up call
when people realize just how badly this country has soured on its current government.

Those people who turned out the GOP in 2006 and 2008 are still out there, they still vote, and none of the things they are unhappy with have been fixed.

This government needs to pursue an agenda which truly does have popular support or it is finished.

6. If That Were To Occur The Media Would Have No Recourse Other Than Score It As A Huge Moral Vivtory
All the available data suggests the losses will be much deeper.

7. I hope so, but I'd wager 5 Senators, 30 Reps (as of this moment)

10. Everything depends on the economy...
if it keeps making progress and people see that then any losses will be minimal. But if it takes a downturn... watch out! Although why the American public would vote back in the same bunch of clowns that ruined the country from 2000-2006 is beyond me.

I will say this, history does repeat itself...

November will NOT be about HCR, Teabaggers, taxes, national security etc etc..

As Clinton strategists said in 1992... "It's the economy stupid!!!!.

11. It really does depend on the economy. When the TeaKlanners
realize that their 401K's and other investments have grown much more over the last few months, it may take away their urgency to vote out the current pols.
