Got in an email: H.R. 2454 - License will be required for your house

It ain't on Snopes. Some of it I'm sure accurate. Some of it is I believe not. Anybody got info on this email?

I'd rather not post the email until I know more about it.

5. i have been going back and forth with my bf's cousin-in-law on this one.

the bill mentioned is attached to the email and i looked for the items mentioned but found nothing. i posted back that i searched the attached bill, but was unable to find any of the issues described in the email and could he please direct me to the correct page or pages. i think these things get sent around cyberspace without the expectation that any recipient will actually read the bill and thus expose the lies told about it.

i have heard nothing back.

If anyone has an interest in this not being in the law, its realtors. And they explain its not in the law as passed.
