"Just opened my Blue Cross notice that my health care is going up 75 dollars per month. I would like to see a fund set up where people could pay into escrow and sue Blue Cross for their political use of premiums."

The publicity alone should be worth something. More reason to go to Single Payer.

2. This sounds good to me.

As long as Blue Cross is in Litigation they could get money out of the account only to pay true cost of treatment. They could not use the money for executive salaries, advertising, or political lobbing. Like you say it may not work, but it would get their attention.
