Joe Scarborough just got shut off the air...
by Alex Witt...as he was explaining the Supreme Court retirement of John Paul Stevens.

Because Brian Williams was on the other line. Joe got seniority pulled on him. I bet he did not like that? :-)

1. Was he commenting
Or have the hours of his show been expanded past 7:00AM EST?

2. I don't think he was on his own show this morning...?
Both he and Mika were missing. Savannah Guthrie was running the show and it was much more entertaining.

3. It was great this morning, wasn't it?
Savannah should take over that slot.

4. The difference was very noticeable...
without Joe Starbucks yelling over everyone. They seemed to be very relaxed and enjoying the conversation? Just my impression.

5. It was WONDERFUL this morning.
I almost posted a heads-up about it while the show was running.

6.  Morning Joan? Morning Katrina? Morning Eric?
I'd like Arianna or Joan Walsh. (Or, of course, Katrina Van Der Heuvel). AND John Ridley, Eric Spitzer, or Chris Hayes. The current show is only tolerable when Mika and Joe aren't there. Like this morning.

9. I wish they'd get rid of Joe and have "Mornin' Ed" instead
Conservatives don't usually watch MSNBC, that's progressive/liberal territory. Can Joe, give Lawrence O'Donnell Ed's old show and let Ed take over morning. At least that's my .02.

10. I'm sure this is not lost on the chiefs at MSNBC...
Joe Scarborough would be much more comfortable on FOX.
