Poll question: If political ad limits were struck down, then is cost a barrier that limits the poors free speech?
Applying a similar standard to the poor. If the US Supreme Court can strike down ad spending limits as a barrier to corporations so called "free" speech then cost should also be considered a barrier that limits the poor's ability to express free speech.

The OP headline is the poll question.

1. Yes, but it is much more than that
In an unequal society the poor have less access to political power - even to participation - as they lack the resources: time, money, and, increasingly, education necessary to understand and utilize the political process.

They simply cannot reach the hand holds of democracy.

All the more reason - necessity - for organizations like ACORN to help them gain some access.

All the more reason that OKeefe, and his shameless little Republican toadys, FOX news, the Republican Congressmen that voted to defund ACORN, et al., face a bitgh of a karma - that is if you don't believe in a fiery furness where they will burn for eternity (Oh hell, I wish I believed in it!)
