Shouldn't O'keefe be sued for slander?

He was accusing people of conspiring to commit felonies and it is clear they were doing no such thing.

I would think it qualifies as libel at the very least. Maybe prison would help straighten them out?

I'd like to know if Fox helped to edit the film.
