SHULTZ (in for Shuster) played the MacVeigh-wannbe clip, Bill PRESS calls T-baggers old farts

It was Ed with Bill PRESS and Pat BUCHANAN. They played the clip without (or fading-out) the "so they say" end of it and mostly skipped focusing on HANNITY.

PRESS said of the Teabaggers, "I hope they don't hate our government THAT much, are just a bunch of retired old farts, who've got no leaders, no organization, and Pat knows what it's like to run with that kind of operation, don't you, Pat?!1"

BUCHANAN said this was just a string of epithets at "a bunch of people, some of whom are Dems who voted for OBAMA."

Finally, PRESS said they were comparing themselves "to a terrorist, to TERRORISTS!1"

1. I LOVE Bill Press. I miss seeing him...I think it was Crossfire, not sure...

I always thought he made a LOT of sense...

3. Hannity at the RAYGUN Idolatry Center, with a Teabagger audience, saying,

"We won the debate (after losing the HCR vote), these MacVEIGH wannabes..." Thunderous applause from the Baggers for themselves. Then, in what many (even here) take as exculpatory, he added, "SO THEY SAY..."

Wingnuts are claiming that he wasn't praising MacVEIGH, that he was gibing back at Libs who believe Teabaggers are terrorists like MacVEIGH.
