David Shuster Possibly out at MSNBC?
Its been reported that he taped a pilot over at CNN. MSNBC obviously wasnt too happy about that.

Now shuster.msnbc.com has been wiped clean. It's blank.

Here is a summary of everything that has happened with the Shuster situation.

4. That's true, although he's been all over the place
almost as much as Tweety has.

Maybe he'll give CNN a little of the class it desperately needs. They need someone to groom to take over for any one of their rapidly aging ranters.

7. He deserved Dylan's spot
Instead they had him doing all sorts of silly segments at several different hours of the day.

12. I agree. He should have had Dylan's spot.
And why couldn't that lame ass Chuck Todd be the one out. He belongs on Faux News.

5. I'm really sorry to hear that. I liked David, but MSNBC has been
trreating him pretty bad lately. It's no fun to work split shifts like he's been doing, and for some reason they feel they had to have a co-anchor with him in the afternoon. I can't blame him for looking for greener pastures.

13. Disaster.
CNN is horrible - through and through.

Everybody there, from Blitzer to John King to Dana Bash to Candy Crowley to Howard Kurtz to . . . .

I cannot watch that channel except for Fareed Zakaria's show.

I won't watch all those other clowns just to see David Shuster - and he's one of my MSNBC faves.

Damn.

14. CNN wouldn't invest in a Pilot that they didn't think could be developed...
Either Schuster is at the end of his MSNBC contract or thought he could get out of it.

19. On the bright side, does this mean that CNN is going to start to hire
more lefties, especially since it seems that FOX's Nielsen ratings were cooked? Since CNN was trying to be FOX light and the ratings they were looking for weren't there, is it possible we might get something like the old CNN back? I hope he replaces Wolfie!

22. Exactly, if Shuster goes there it'll be the first
time I've tuned to CNN in years. And I'm sure others will follow him there. If it's true about he and Michel Martin - who I really like on NPR - then her listeners will tune in as well.

21. He should have gotten Ratigan's spot.
Shuster knows his shit and refuses to be ran over with a bunch of bullshit talking points. He's leaps and bounds better than Dylan.
