Ohio AG OKs anti-health ballot wording
Ohio's attorney general has approved language summarizing a proposed ballot measure to exempt the state from President Barack Obama's health care overhaul.

A tea party group called the Ohio Liberty Council wants voters to amend the state constitution so Ohio won't take part in the new and sweeping federal law.

Attorney General Richard Cordray said Thursday that a summary of the issue offered for the November ballot is a "fair and truthful" reflection of the amendment.

<snip>

The Ohio Ballot Board must still sign off on the proposed issue before its supporters can begin gathering petition signatures.

A few crazies are going to cram this shit down our throat and we all know how fickle Ohio can be in elections. This will end up on the ballot in November.

4. A bat shit crazy vote counts as much as a sane vote in this country...
...and since the bat shit crazy vote more in midterm elections, you can alomst see why they're doing this even though it doesn't stand a chance of passing.
