5. He compared the audience he was speaking to to wannabe Tim McVeighs.
And he did it in a manner as if it were a good thing. And the audience enthusiastically applauded the comparison. I shit you not.

6. He probably thought it would divert attention from him picking veterans' pockets.

Hannity is a brainless asshole.

10. he thinks it's funny because the joke fits his anti-gov worldview.
Although Hannity claims to love America, it's only when its government is either run by conservative Republicans or is can be drained down the bathtub. So any joke that delivers anti-government sentiment appeals to him automatically. It worries me how he's regarding McVeigh as a hero just because McVeigh targeted the government.

13. Oh, I can match that
I went to Barnes & Noble the other night and saw a poster advertising a Mitt Romney book signing next week. I think I should bring a picture of Guy Smiley and ask Mitt to sign it.

the idiots he calls "Tim McVeigh wannabes."

15. How despicable!
I remember that day clearly. Those poor children--the babies. There is nothing heroic about what McVeigh and his cohorts did. I say cohorts, because he was adamant that he was solely responsible, continual repetition (attempting to protect others?).

And speaking of the OKC bombing-does anyone remember the police officer who was doing his own personal investigation of the incident and wound up dead? Does anyone remember?
