I didn't watch, but I'm suspecting the answer is "YES SHE DID"

3. Fox was screaming about LLcool complaining that he wasn't
asked and they used him without consent. But Toby Keith was having the same fit. They still used his and didn't even mention he said he didn't want them to...why...

His spokesperson just pointed out the facts of the matter, that Palin had nothing to do with the interview and that it predated her show.
