Toby Keith Surprised to be Featured on Sarah Palin's New TV Series
Source: CBS News

Country music star Toby Keith said Wednesday that, like rap star LL Cool J, he was not aware he would be featured on a new Fox News show hosted by Sarah Palin that is slated to debut today.

The first episode of "Real American Stories" was scheduled to feature interviews with LL Cool J, Keith and former General Electric Chief Executive Jack Welch about how they overcame adversity to achieve success. The interviews were reportedly taken from a Web site that Fox launched in the summer of 2008.

"We were never contacted by Fox" about the new show, a representative for Keith told the Web site HitFix. "They're promoting this like it's a brand new interview. He never sat down with Sarah Palin."

Keith's spokesperson told the Los Angeles Times that she had no problem with the segment running.

1. Is there any thing at all about that woman that is even remotely honest?
Well I guess falsiness, dissembling and misdirection is her version of truthiness. I can see Russia from my office. If I fly straight up about 20 miles.

That makes me a front line defender and military strategerist PLUS a decorated Russia viewer.

5. I'm actually curious to see this show now
Will Palin be edited in, asking questions to an empty chair, pretending like she's actually doing an interview?

PLEASE let it be so!!

previous interview in a new program. There must have been a release waiver signed which allows Fox to use that interview in the future, otherwise using a celebrity in this manner without their knowledge would be a big no-no.

So now I am left wondering if Palin was taped asking questions of the interviewees that will be dubbed in, or will they just edit bits of the interview into her narration about whatever her show is about?

7. She is starting her "Real Americans Show" with a bunch of fake interviews.
Those whom called her an empty suit are been far to generous.

9. Looks like Palin's show is off to a rocky start, and it hasn't even started yet. ROFL

FAIL: When you advertise Toby Keith to be on your show and Toby Keith doesn't know about it.

I myself don't like Toby Keith but I hope he writes a song about all this.

15. Could it be possible?
Is there no one who will actually sit down to be interviewed by Mooselini? Is there anyone she can talk to that isn't cut and pasted into the scene with her?
