who was part of a large press entourage that was interviewing President Johnson at his ranch. It was a laid-back meeting, he said, and Johnson walked about 50 feet from the assembled reporters to relieve himself on a bush. He said that Johnson turned around, penis in hand, and gently shook it at the reporters - some of whom had cameras. According to my friend, Johnson said, 'why don't y'all take a picture of this?' Everyone was understandably shocked, and Johnson knew, of course, that no one would dare take a photograph.
