This may sound like an elementary question, but what were the 2 provisions stripped from the Bill?

This may sound like an elementary question, but what were the 2 provisions stripped from the Bill?
Two subsections of the Bill were removed without a vote right at the end of debate. That is why the Bill has to go back to the House for a final vote - which will be nasty as hell. What were the two provisions?

1. I think they had something to do with Pell grants -- they were minor, and the
House vote is not expected to be nasty at all. It appears they think it'll be a quick, no-drama deal.
