Health Care Question for Informed DUers

I read somewhere that this new health care bill mandates every employer with more than 50 employees to offer health care to its employees at no less than 60% contribution by employer. If the employer fails to abide, he must pay a $750 fine per year per employee.

My questions are: Is this accurate? If not, what is the provision/ When does this provision, if accurate, go into effect?

My employer now pays 55%.
