We are proceeding today with the very same item of business:
Suggestions to prevent any further power grabs, as well as a plan to rollback the current ones.

1. Anyone want to start drawing up some kind of set of goals?
Might be the best initial approach and strategy comes once they are set, maybe?

2. (two) proposed goals:
1. Transmit a message from the concerned citizens of the Special Congress on President Bush's centralization of power to the Congress of the United States; the message should contain a list of actions taken by the President to centralize power; it will probably recommend impeachment as the remedy to those problems.

2. If the message to the Congress of the United States fails to arise any sort of action, direct communication with the people will be necessary; it will have to involve a short informational brochure of the direct consequences of the President's centralization of power, and it must spur people to care and form their own Special Congresses of concerned citizens to discuss and organize.

3. Well...
1. Stop the President from grabbing any more power
2. Get the Congress of the United States to roll back the power grab
3. Fix the problems with the US Constitution which allowed the Preside to grab the power in the first place
4. If goals 2 and 3 cannot be accomplished, we'll have to organize to get them accomplished

5. Resolution 1: Rules of operation
1. Any member of the Special Congress may introduce a resolution.
2. Votes will be conducted in the form of a reply to the resolution's thread, inside each thread of a session, instead of posting a separate resolutions in a poll question thread.
3. A resolution will pass with ten unanimous "Yes" votes or votes generally in the affirmative, if there are dissenting votes, along with the dissenting vote, the poster should declare their reasons for opposition to the resolution. Once the reasons for opposition to the resolution have been offered, and addressed, a second vote on the resolution will occur. In that vote ten votes of "Concur" will be needed for the resolution to pass, there will not be an opposing option in this vote.

For the purpose of this vote:
This resolution will pass once it has been seconded.
