Once this HCR is on the books, Dems should not fear acting in a partisan way for the American People

The benefits of this bill will be understood by the American People, and the great fear of initiating change WITHOUT REPUBLICAN SUPPORT should evaporate.

Doing the right thing is never wrong, and doing what is right for the American People will lead to reelection, not doom.

Remember, there can never be bipartisanship with a group of Republicans dead set on unanimous obstruction.

But the duty to act on behalf of the American People cannot be held hostage to the mirage of 'bipartisanship.'
