FLEA-BAG REPUBS & BOOTHERS: (what they really mean by "kill the bill")
FLEA-BAG REPUBLICANS

BOOTHERS

It's not the bill they seek to kill. They are fomenting violence.

Tea Partiers Call Lewis 'N****r', Frank 'F****t', At Capitol Hill Protest

Brian Beutler | March 20, 2010, 5:41PM

Tea partiers and other anti-health care activists are known to get rowdy, but today's protest on Capitol Hill--the day before the House is set to vote on historic health care legislation--went beyond the usual chanting and controversial signs, and veered into ugly bigotry and intimidation.

Civil rights hero Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) and fellow Congressional Black Caucus member Andre Carson (D-IN) related a particularly jarring encounter with a large crowd of protesters screaming "kill the bill"... and punctuating their chants with the word "nigger."

Standing next to Lewis, emerging from a Democratic caucus meeting with President Obama, Carson said people in the crowd yelled, "kill the bill and then the N-word" several times, while he and Lewis were exiting the Canon House office building.

And that wasn't an isolated incident. Early this afternoon, standing outside a Democratic whip meeting in the Longworth House office building, I watched Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) make his way out the door, en route to the neighboring Rayburn building. As he rounded the corner toward the exit, wading through a huge crowd of tea partiers and other health care protesters, an elderly white man screamed "Barney, you faggot"--a line that caused dozens of his confederates to erupt in laughter.

8. IT WILL END WHEN WE GET MONEY OUT OF POLITICS
this is crazy. Why can't we have Public-financed only elections? Until we do, this shit will continue. The Healthcare Insurance lobby has created ALL OF THIS.

9. I've been asking that question for years.
Publicly funded elections. Simple, Candidate A you get xxxxxxxx amount, Candidate B you get the same. Now go out get elected on your merits.

Ad further cut the whole damn campaign down to 3 months. Then our elected officials will have the time to do 'OUR' business and not traveling around begging for cash and doing favors for donors.

Just sayin...

13. They'll care when their children ask why they behaved the way they did ...

How many times I've seen on Oprah and other talk shows sons and daughters of Nazis or Klan members saying how ashamed they were of their parents and grandparents' acts of hatred.

Even the young girl yelling in these pictures (Hazel Bryan) apologized for harassing Elizabeth Eckard:

"I just told her who I was—I was the girl in that picture that was yelling at her, that I was sorry, that it was a terrible thing to do and that I didn't want my children to grow up to be like that, and I was crying," Hazel says.

40 years later ... Hazel Bryan and Elizabeth Eckard:

4. We need to get good, close-up face shots of each and every one of these
fucktards and plaster them all over facebook for the whole world to see. And start identifying them by name and where they are from or active.

15. Tea Baggers Threaten Gun Violence if HCR Passes
Tea Baggers Threaten Gun Violence if HCR Passes Sat Mar 20, 2010 at 01:23:09 PM PDT
Via ThinkProgress:

The sign says "WARNING - If Brown Can't Stop it, Browning Can

This is at a "Code Red" really today in Washington. Speakers featured at the event include Republicans Steve King, IA, Michele Bachmann (shocker!),MN, and Mike Pence, IN. They are inciting violence. Over healthcare. Gun violence because they are angry that people with pre-existing conditions can't be turned down. Furious that if you get sick, your insurance company can't drop you. Enraged that small businesses will now have incentives to offer coverage.

Good God.
