"Congressman Stupak has made a deal with Speaker Nancy Pelosi that will allow the Congressman and other anti-choice Democrats to rejoin the caucus in good grace. The Congressmen will vote for the HCR and at some later date be allowed to introduce symbolic legislation that will not pass and have no impact but will have 8 good photo opportunities"
