Maybe just a reminder that it could be a hell of a lot worse right now, though granted, it could be better.

It's long, but/and quite good. Apparently, Stevens trusts Pres Obama to pick an adequate replacement. And Justice Ginsburg wishes Justice Sotamayor were more deferential. :)
