I was in the middle of getting finished for someone driving me somewhere, and had to rush out. I tried to post just the picture, but I hit post without the time.

However, as I thought of it on my way out, I think the picture on its own was quite eloquent.

10. Throw a fear into the minds of people who are

driving too fast, too preoccupied, too young to be paying attention? One of the places I lived when I was in California, they had a car that looked about the same as this, and they would leave it in front of the high school as a not-so-subtle reminder for the kids to take it easy on prom nights and other events.
