Study after study. Marijuana helps with this, marijuana causes that. I really don't care. It doesn't matter what studies show. We'll smoke it. We will smoke it because we like it. It feels good. It helps us in some way we feel meaningful.

Call it medicine. Call it a drug. Call it whatever you want. Whether it is a medicine or a crime.

But, what I ask, is to accept that we will use it. Regardless of the studies and the reports,we will keep smoking. We will enjoy it. And, we would prefer that we not get locked up. But, that won't stop it, either.

on my way back to Newport News, VA, from President Obama's inauguration. It was a sunny, beautiful (but cold) day and I hate taking the interstate when I have time to take the back roads. Hwy 30 was the backroad for me that day =). Too bad I didn't know. I would have stopped in and burned one with ya! Back in Texas now though.

I'm glad you made it out alive in 2008. There are some really freaky people out in this neck of the woods. At Easter, there are some fundies on Route 30 who put on a production. Is not to fall into the easy habit of smoking it every day.

Once or twice a week is best for me, I've found.
It's more affordable that way,
and the high is top-notch when
your bloodstream is not already saturated with THC.

*Medicinal smoking* is different though---If needed as a pain reliever,
frequent use may be helpful.
I understand that.

But for fun/recreational use, I find
1-2 days per week keeps your head much fresher,
and your wallet thicker.

I had my car searched for drugs by the Arkansas Air National guard in '06 when I went to see the Blue Angels at Little Rock. The commanding officer was proud to say that they caught three cars carrying drugs, but none of the weapons they were ostensibly searching my coin tray for - I didn't stay for the show, and I will never participate in a US military sponsored event voluntarily again. Pot isn't about pot, it's about fascist control, of a little portion of our lives. The armed forces are not Americas finest, and they do not, generally speaking, function in our best interests. They do not solve any problems, but they create plenty, and they cost way too much. There was a good reason our Founding Fathers instituted the Posse Comitatus provisions. Our Fascist government knows that and that is why they have repealed, and upheld it's repeal under Obama.

So don't expect those profiting off prohibition, or those afraid that someone might be having fun somewhere, or those simply afraid of freedom to restore our usurped right to herbal medicines. We must take it back.

What you see there looks more akin to a NL strain.
Strong, even sized buds, light green color, fluffy.

IIRC, an older strain that's been around since the mid 1990's. Known to be a good pain reliever for Fibromyalgia (sp) among other ailments.
Easy to grow, I have had a few plants of this variety.

Tried it a few times in my youth but really ended up eating the refrigerator and falling asleep.....it wasn't a fun drug for me. Tried coke once and liked it for the energy it gave me, thus never went near it again! But I also say legalize marijuana at the very least. And you better believe, legal or not I'm going for it if I have a medical condition it'll help!
