The "Obama is so dumb that he needs a teleprompter" is an established talking point
and it has traction with a certain faction of idiots. Frank Luntz is paid big money
to help spew this kind of garbage.

Just like the stimulus didn't create 1 job or that the debt is Obama's fault.

@ the University of Chicago should have dispelled the "Obama is dumb" meme
