Besides bailing out the insurers, this is is part of the reason for this bill....do damnage to the brand. Further splinter the Democratic party from the rank and file ACTIVISTS leaving just the corporatist sell out whores to rule the roost.

So you can't just bail out big money interests, you have to do it in a way that damages the Democrat brand so that the Republicans have a fighting chance and the DLC cabal tightens the grip on the party.
