Scott Brown joins Dems and votes to end debate on jobs bill

Newly-seated Republican Sen. Scott Brown (Mass.) on Monday joined Democrats in voting to end debate on their $15 billion jobs bill.

Brown crossed the aisle after Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) nixed an $85 billion, bipartisan plan in favor of a more narrowly-focused bill.

I was so wrong. He is a bigtime RINO.

MA, you sent another lawyer to Congress, what did you expect?

TRAITOR

Can we get our donation back? What a disappointment he’s turning out to be.

I hope Mass go the recall route on this jerk.

Brown duped a lot of FReepers, but it's nice to see that common sense is starting to prevail.

there goes his chance to win friends and influence people....he has joined the enemy

Elections matter not anymore.

At least he helped throw the commies off track for a bit...hope he gets to play hoops before they all hang.

6. A few of them
let themselves get deluded that he was not from a blue state. I knew he was never going to be Jesse Helms, and his celebrity with the reich wing was going to be fairly short lived.

The Senate Rethuglicans are perfectly content to let him do whatever he wants to as long as he supports most of their fillibusters. They know that they'll make gains in November, so Scotty only needs to be faithful for a few more months.

9. that sure didn't take long.
They were idiots to think that a Senator from such a liberal state would be a hard-core conservative Republican.

11. They really aren't the deepest political thinkers over there...

Obviously, Brown likes the idea of being more than a two year caretaker for the office. He could act like a teabagger and enjoy his short visit. Or he can actually vote as a representative of the people and possibly get re-elected...in which case, he'll continue to break their tiny hearts and implode their tinier brains..

10. Wait a minute aren't republicans
screaming and yelling and almost have fits because Obama and the democrats in congress are manufacturing jobs. So now they have a bill where they want to create jobs and the republicans and screaming and yelling and almost having fits because some of the republicans think it is a good idea to create these jobs.

Well well well - now we see, they don't care about the country they just want this administration to fail. I don't wish anyone ill but it would be so nice if the people who are complaining about the jobs bill would be the only ones who didn't have jobs. See how they feel.
