MOLINARI: You said it. You said it, I didn't. But at the same time, look, I do think that maybe we are entering a phase where this president understands what he needs to do in order to move some of this legislation, because things were not -- I mean, look, we had people who were saying George Bush wasn't, you know, elected by all the people, just by the Supreme Court, and yet he was able to pass some pretty large pieces of legislation. No Child Left Behind, prescription drugs. President Clinton had a time when we were pretty partisan, you know, passed major legislation in terms of welfare reform and a crime bill.

Ain't that what happened?

See how these fuckheads try to rewrite history right before our eyes?

1. If the people who disagreed with the Court
had taken to the streets and demonstrated with half the hatred the teabaggers display toward Obama, Bush would have declared Marshall Law, filled the detention centers the teabaggers are so afraid of, and the so called freedom fighters would have kept their mouths shut.

2. And the prisons would be reclassified as "Free Speech Zones"

I agree 100%. Obama is better when I remember that feeling. That my kid would have nobody if we took to the streets. Kerry took a seat after it happened a second time and I knew it was over.

3. They don't point out the difference ... back then, the ones who were saying
"the SCOTUS elected Bush, not the people" were not the "mainstream media" pundits like the ones who are saying it today about Obama ... those who said it about Bush43 were portrayed as the "looney far radical" left ... these days, those saying such about Obama are being portrayed in the media as "concerned patriots", and given celebrity status ...
