Middle class and poor freeper lurkers, the Repubs want YOU to pay for their super wealthy tax cuts.
Even if you fall into the 'upper' middle class and actually saw a small benefit from Bushco's 2003 tax cuts.

As a result of those 2003 tax cuts, Bush massively slashed federal aid money to all states. Immediately, states and local governments began raising property taxes and fees in many cases by double digits, 10% or more ANNUALLY.

Meaning..
By the end of year 1 after Bushco's '03 tax cut, you were probably paying more taxes as a result through increased local taxation.

If you were fortunate enough to benefit from the '03 income tax cut, said tax benefit was quickly erased by increased local taxation.

The Bush tax cuts were a massive tax increase for the bottom 85% of all American wage earners.

Republican trickle-down taxation taxes you more unless you make a million dollars or more per year in salary. In that case you wouldn't fall into the middle class anyway.

Should it really take a liberal like me to explain how you middle class and poor right wingers shoot yourselves in the foot when you vote GOP?

Are you really this incapable of figuring out your own fucking financial demise if the GOP comes back into power?

If you still can't understand how Bushco's tax cut of 2003 led to increased local taxation that erased any income tax savings then I wrote out an OP that goes into greater detail of how local taxation costs you much more nowadays than any 'benefit'.

If you truly feel "taxed enough already" then I suggest you stop supporting the GOP and the teabag movement.

When you learn the truth, suddenly GOP claims that they cut 'our' taxes is quickly exposed as a lie.

The Teabag 'movement' is 100% in support of shifting the burden of taxation to the middle class and poor teabagger. Mostly onto themselves. And they're too blind to see it.

The GOP doesn't cut 'our' taxes. They shift the burden of taxation from the super-wealthy to the middle class and poor.

2. Likewise found our spedifically what Teabaggers mean when they
say they are seeking an "ordered Society"? A country in Europe
had a very "ordered society" in the 40s.

4. I am not finding facts to back you up
your assertion that aid to states was slashed does not seem to fit the record.

I would like to see your source on this.

Here's mine
http://www.census.gov/compendia/statab/cats/federal_govt_finances_employment/federal_budget--receipts_outlays_and_debt.html

According to table 461 grants to state and local government were

year - current - constant (2000)
2000 - 186.8 - 186.8
2002 - 231.6 - 223.4
2003 - 250.8 - 237.3
2004 - 266.2 - 246.0
2005 - 278.1 - 247.6
2006 - 276.8 - 240.9
2007 - 288.4 - 245.4
2008 - 304.7 - 247.4

So I do not see a huge slashing of aid to states. Also, comparing 2002 to 2008 I see that there was no change in Kansas income tax rates. I have never seen a year in any state in my longish life when property taxes did not go up in any state where I lived, regardless of what the Feds do with state aid.

But there is no doubt that the rich got huge benefits from the Bush tax cuts. At least I read that somewhere. :o
