It's perfectly acceptable for other nations to torture Americans
That's the message Bush & Cheney sent the world- and the Obama administration confirmed it yet again today.

2. Failure to hold the the architects of torture even the slightest degree accountable
Any other attorney- in any remotely similar situation would have been disbarred (or severely disciplined at least) -if not prosecuted for their behavior.

Torture on the other hand- that charge is sacrosanct and above American law.

9. Does not the administration basically ratify every heinous transgression
of junior that is left to stand, be it torture, pre-emptive war(s) of aggression, evisceration of the Constitution, ignoring the rule of law, violation of our own laws, including treaties, and politicization of the Federal establishment, most notably, the Department of Justice, as is failure to pursue prosecution of the most egregious offenders? :P

10. Tortured logic
Along the same vein as "they intentionally killed civilians on 9-11, so we should intentionally kill their's"

Or "We nuclear bombed Japan so it is OK is someone nuclear bombed us"
