2. ...it does not matter how *delusionally right* he (or you) might think he was/is...

The law is THE LAW... INDICT, put him on TRIAL... allow a JURY to decide... even allow for mitigating circumstances in sentencing (if/when a conviction is handed-down). But to do nothing, in the face of what has already been publicly revealed, is IMO to be complicit in his WAR CRIMES.
