A (very) belated thank you for the hearts. I feel like such an Ass!

No; actually it's worse than that. I feel like an (R)Elephant.

I wanted to thank whomever gave me the hearts during the fund drive. I haven't been logging in lately for a few reasons. I noticed the hearts the other day when I logged in for the first time in a while and should have responded at that time. I don't know why I didn't, but they made my day at a time when I am grasping for anything positive in my life.

I could blame emotional and/or physical fatigue for my faux pas, but that doesn't excuse my rudeness or procrastination in taking so long to say thank you.

I can only hope that the person(s) responsible for the hearts see this and appreciate how much my mood lifted because of their good deed.
