It should be pointed out to former Vice President Cheney that everything he says about what the

former administration did is simply his opinion. He gets no credit for doing anything, only one man had authority to order waterbording or order anything. That of course was George Bush. Dick Cheney had the authority to vote in ties in the Senate, that's it.

He, like anyone, is free to have an opinion of the current president and his policies but there is no reason to falsely pretend as if he did anything that constituted official action other than casting 8 votes in the Senate.
