Seem like we have not seen the sun in a long time. Guess thats the worst part.
I think we will have some major flooding if it melts quick.

4. At this point, the "evil" side of me is hoping for more and more snow. Outside of Philly, we're
supposed to get only another 2-4 inches. That won't even replace the stuff that has melted in our above-freezing heat wave.

It's only snow, for Christ's sake.

5. Not me!
I live in Washington state and I was tired of it last year, but so far this year we may have gotten 8 inches or so, but it all has melted since the first of the year. Last year I had to plow snow from December into March. The first snow came in December and it never melted it just kept on adding up! We usually get over a foot of snow every year, temps are usually in the 20's for highs and teens for lows from mid December until march. This year we have had highs in the 40's even up into the 50's and lows in the mid to upper 30's and lots of rain! I am enjoying the vacation from having to plow this year! ;-)

I know you you must feel though with it snowing and snowing, and snowing even more! Just remember spring will get here some day!

11. I never understand why it is called the City of Churches or Restaurants.
I bet there aren't that many more than any other city the size of Fort Wayne.

I have since learned that many other towns/cities share that same nickname.

20. I didn't know other cities shared the same nickname.
Just shows all those cities are full of it.

I remember when Richard was Mayor that they were saying Allen County was the largest county east of the Mississippi. I found that hard to believe and researched it. Found that there are 372 counties that have larger land mass than Allen County.

23. I think he is more inept in his decision thought process.
Personally, I think the county government is more corrupt than the city. It was especially corrupt during the Rousseau era. The jerk in his obituary even took credit for bringing GM to the city when it was mostly the work of Win Moses. The state and county didn't want to be involved until it was a done deal. Then they wanted credit.

12. Just got back form a ride to the village.
What a beautiful sight. As we pulled into the drive my husband gave out a groan and admitted that he..is...sick..of...snow! Oh well it's still snowing and the tractor gave up the ghost on the last snow. This could be interesting. We are at 24 inches and counting, total!

that was nice, but it's clouded up again. I didn't realize that we were getting more snow; haven't had the weather on today.

I'm not as sick of the snow as I was last winter. Last winter was just brutal here in NE Ohio. What part of Ohio are you in?

And it is snowing again, but this should hopefully be a small storm. Used to be when they predicted a 1-3 inch storm, I used to hope for more. This year, I don't want any more, I worry about the big melt too.

19. Your neighbor in PA - Sick Sick Sick Sick Sick Sick Sick Sick
of this snow! And sick of cold, shoveling, worrying about my roof, etc.

Miracle yesterday when a hockey rink roof in my area came down that there wasn't a bunch of little hockey players and their parents under it. Fortunately it was between games and everyone but the Zamboni driver was off the ice where the rink came down.

He got out safely too having heard the roof cracking 15 seconds before it fell.

24. I'm glad I left Ohio 40 years ago and moved to Florida...
It's chilly this year in northern Florida but so far no snow. Snow is rare in Florida but it happens. I remember 30 years ago it snowed in Tampa and my daughter actually got to make a mini-snowman.

Believe it or not, but I've only seen one hurricane while in Florida and I was on the outskirts. I have seen a lot of strong tropical storms but they are really no big deal.

26. We've had hardly any in the north west.
An unusually warm winter; I already have 6 acres of weeds greening up, what is usually frozen hard all winter long has been muddy slop since December.

The snowpack in the mountains is down, river levels are down....send it back here.

27. We don't have enough of it in Ottawa. And I was going to try skiing (I haven't
skied since I got PTSD and am curious to find out if I can do it on baby hills at least). But all of our snow has gone to the USA this past few weeks.
