3. I liked him too....
but as a stereotypically reserved Canadian, I am somewhat embarassed? uncomfortable? with his unapologetically patriotic stance. Telling everyone how great Canada is doesn't seem very Canadian, really.


Seriously. I'm not even exaggerating.

10. He wasn't any worse than our Carl Sandburg
or Walt Whitman who spoke for the varied people of the U.S. As for being reserved, you might be rather less reserved than my fellow Iowans. (Check The Music Man for an example):
