Dedicated to all the mid-atlantic DUers, and just fwiw to give those in other (warmer) places a window on what it's been like here lately...

The wind howled like crazy all night. I'm looking forward to digging out AGAIN today (NOT!). MD/DC/VA DUers, this is something isn't it? The first one this week was kind of "interesting", but two? Not so much, and getting kinda scarey with the wind. Is anybody else on their last nerve, like me? I'll be thinking of y'all today, shoveling along with you. I hope you all kept power, as I was lucky enough to.
At least (supposedly) we'll get some sun today. (More roof cave-ins likely though.)
80 inches of snow this winter! I'm a lifelong Marylander, and this is just wrong, wrong, wrong for this area. This belongs in Vancouver, or way up north somewhere.
