Regarding the stimulus money hypocrisy.

Right-wingers threw royal tantrums about the stimulus money, voted against it, but they sure are willing to take credit for getting the money for the home folks. :grr:

Shelley Moore Capito supposedly did a ribbon-cutting-type ceremony for a project paid for by stimulus funds. While the bad weather holds out, I think I'll do a little investigating, especially to see if any of her proud announcements of government projects on her website were actually stimulus projects (or frankly, if they were paid for by anything Shelley voted against).

With all of the smart folks we have here, let me suggest that we make it a DU project to document all of the Republicans' hypocritical votes. We could flood Keith and Rachel, and maybe give the DNC/DSCC/DCCC some serious ammunition for the 2010 elections.
