Just say the word "bipartisanship" and watch the reaction:
If the person looks nauseated or starts convulsing, kick'em in the shins and throw them out. Gaddammed librul!
If the person looks at you and says, "Wut?" he's ok let'em in.
If the person looks at you and laughs, that's the our Congressman so send'em to the stage.

Obama is mistaken, he is an ideolog, the mantra is "bipartisanship". If we had a drinking game where we drank every time he says it we'd run out of booze and money.
