3. I want to thank whoever gave me my heart

I have been really down. The third anniversary of my Dad's passing for some reason just tore me up. The heart really cheered me up.

4. I know how you feel my friend

Sometimes, the loss of my mom is ok now, other times - for no reason at all, it just hits hard.

I try to understand why, but I usually cannot - though I know one reason, as the years have went on I forget how she sounded, her voice - and then I see and hear her in dreams like I did two nights ago.

Hard to explain, just know your friends here can relate and anytime you want to talk, PM me. Talking to my friends here, and sometimes ranting here about it, has helped me a lot.

95. There's no timetable for mourning, and it doesn't go in a straight line forward.

I think it often goes on for the rest of one's life in one form or another, and oftentimes one feels one is backtracking or walking in circles...Don't be hard on yourself. There's no handbook on how to do it correctly, either. We all just do the best we can.
