I think Palin has a right to run for President.. thats the American way..or did everyone forget the American way due the the present person thats in the White House. And I am a democrat and feel this way. I don't appreciate a President that has to appologize to other countries for the United States...and I don't appreciate a President that gives civil rights to terrorists that committed terrible crimes on U.S soil or anywhere else for that matter. We need somebody strong in the next election...I hope we have a strong democrat in the wings !!

hasn't voted a Democrat for the White House since LBJ. Some states have tons or even a majority of Democrats that can't easily be differentiated from say McCain, Graham, or Hatch and in some cases make DeMint sorts look run of the mill.

...comes in the phrase "a President that gives civil rights to terrorists." The assumption that civil rights are a privilege that can be given or taken away, depending on how appealing the person or group is to to some "common sense" societal yardstick, is a trademark of the mental ossification that characterizes the right. To the rightist mindset, the only people who deserve civil rights are those that don't need them.
