He recommends reading a book instead of boosting the earnings of 22 overpaid muscle heads, owned by very wealthy oligarchs, run around a grass field with a ball. We taxpayers have been forced by politicians to subsidize these people with many billions in taxes that we don't have.

Maybe he (or I)have watched too many football games. But I'm not sure to whom you referred the comment....my "cancelled" or his "canceled". The double "ll" comes more natural as correct spelling but it might be incorrect according to US standards and I'm born and raised USA.

19. When I was in school, this is how cancelled was spelled.

There is a lot of spelling that has changed since then and sometimes I have a problem figuring out between the old and the new. Also, I'm constantly amazed at the new meanings of words that emerge from generation to generation.

this, like stadiums, etc., however, if the oligarchies want to spend their money on this, let them. I do hope we take our tax money out of it though.
