People who don't like that I installed Adblock on my computer
I've got three words for those who don't like the fact that I installed the Adblock add-in on my computer.

Newsmax.com and Sarah Palin

I'm just so goddamn sick and tired of seeing Palin's face plastered across the screen with those godforsaken newsmax.com ads. I've tried everything to make it so that Google wouldn't send me the ads anymore within their program and they still showed up. Well then, fuck it. I'll just block them all then and anyone who doesn't like it can get over themselves.

2. I don't see them
Of course I bought a star, so maybe that's why. I hope adblock was cheap.

4. Adblock is free
Which is a great thing for those who can't afford a star.

6. it's free with Firefox
and blocks ads everywhere you go on the internet. I have no idea why people accept the internet that they pay for being flooded by ads when they have a free choice not to see ads anywhere.

8. I've got a star too so I don't see ads either
It was places like Weather Underground, the local newspaper web site, and other places out on the net where these Newsmax.com/Sarah Palin ads kept showing up.

I don't really have a problem with ads. I do understand that people need to make money to run websites, but they go with Google, and no matter what I did with my adsense preferences the Newsmax ads simply would not go away. If there had been a way to stop from seeing those ads I probably wouldn't have gone as far as blocking all the ads.

3. have been using an adblocker for years
I don't see why anyone would be critical of that, anyone on the internet who wants to not see annoying ads should be using one.

11. Sometimes network video ads have a problem with Adblock.
I just turn it off for that interval. As a rule, the video ads come thru just fine, but I have begun to get these warnings that an ad was blocked.
