Some speculation between two political hacks today on Andrew Cuomo

A buddy of mine and I were speculating this entire BOA lawsuit is Andrew Cuomo's attempt to get Henry Paulson on the stand under oath.

The Former Treasury Secretary will have 3 choices:

1) Testify honestly and possibly incriminate himself in a criminal conspiracy
2) Lie and possibly commit perjury.
3) Plead the 5th.

It is a NY state court, so Andrew has sole discretion on whether to further pursue any investigation on Paulson during the trial or investigation.

We both agreed, Lewis is the little fish, Hank is the big fish he's aiming for.
