I now understand the purpose of Biden's candidacy.
In a commercial-free debate, it gives us at home a chance to run to the fridge without missing anything!

Thanks, Senator Biden!

4. actually Biden is one of the most interesting candidates
Admittedly he can say dumb things, but he also says interesting things. He just needs to learn which are which.

5. A responsible U.S. president would be a fool to pass over the advice
of a foreign policy expert like Biden.

We do not have a president who seeks good advice. It's all our loss that Bush is so hyper-partisan and foolishly stubborn.

Biden is an adept and deserves respect accordingly.

15. Yeah, let's just not let him run the "drug war", okay?
I think we should put Kucinich in charge of that.

16. I would put Julian Bond in charge of the drug "war," which was lost years
ago.

The emphasis would be on treatment and social support, more support, and social and professional integration, not on punishment.

Bond would be nothing short of magnificent on that.

10. I have no idea.
Personally, if I do end up watching this thing, I'll go when Edwards is on. I don't like listening to him change his mind again.

Oh, I don't know, maybe the fact that he's a self-important, flatulating windbag who never shuts the fuck up.

18. Many cite his comfy relationship with big credit card companies.
I am still angry over the vote for the so-called bankruptcy reform bill, which was nothing more than license for credit card corporations to further rape American workers.

19. He's been kind of hit and miss on key policy issues over the years.
However, he was just as good as any of the others tonight, so I'll apologize for the cheap shot.
