Another Dem wins in MO...
ST. LOUIS — Democrat Hope Whitehead will return to Jefferson City after winning the remainder of an unexpired State House term on Tuesday...

Whitehead, a lawyer who was previously head of the state Division of Liquor Control, defeated the First Ward’s Karla May in Tuesday’s lightly patronized special election.

She’ll represent, for the next several months at least, the 57th District, which covers a portion of north St. Louis.
