The FDNY's two-way radios failed during the 1993 attacks and for 8 years, Rudy did nothing to improve their communications system ... which failed again on 9/11.

Rudy insisted on putting the Emergency Command Center at the World Trade Center, which went AGAINST the advice of the experts.

In other words: Rudy refused to LEARN and he refused to LISTEN ... just like Bush*. Does the country want eight more years of that shit? Can the country survive eight more years of that shit?
