that's what emerges from the publication of motivations about the sentence against former CIA agents in the "extraordinary rendition flight" trial, some months ago.

unfortunately, the italian agents' responsibility cannot be verified even with this assumption of co-responsability on the part of the court, because italy secreted and has so far kept the matter under classified information.

which is a paradox, of course. we know they were responsible like CIA, but we cannot trial them to find out the truth.
