Did anyone else catch 'Crossing Jordan' last night?
They continue "Bug's" story of torture. He is back to work and understandably not himself. The gang try to get him to open up and talk about what happened, out of concern for their friend. Finally, "Bug" opens up to Jordan about what happened and how he felt. What follows is a transcript of what he said. Amazing job writers at Crossing Jordan!

BUG: "I held my breath for as long as I could. They kept dumping water, more and more water, over my face. You start begging for the will not to breath, not to take it in. But, it doesn't matter how hard you try or how strong you are. The lungs beg for oxygen but, instead they take in fluid. And you panic. I have a foreign sounding name and I look like what they think a terrorist looks like and then suddenly I'm being punished."

1. Yah. They waterboarded him.
Did you see the previous episode where they brought in the dog?

I am so unimpressed by tight-lipped secrecy in regard to terror. Seems to me the best way to combat terror is to publish and proclaim it. Unlike the tribal Middle East, neighborhoods in America won't shelter it. Which is why we have no car bombs except for the occasional (tribal) Mafia hit.

2. I heard....
... that after a few episodes of letting his resentment and anger build up, he actually does develop a super-virus biological weapon and releases it in the detention facility where they held him to exact revenge - thus creating the very situation they were supposedly trying to prevent in the first place. Of course Bug's actions will only reinforce the notion that Homeland Security was right about him all along, causing them to try that much harder next time to get "the truth" by whatever means necessary.

Rinse and repeat....

To avoid any confusion, I made up everything that preceded this sentence in my post.

4. Where did you hear that?
God! I hope not! The current storyline could be made so much better! Delve into issues such as PTSD and torture etc. O please NBC!

3. Never miss it!
It was very well done, again! I have noticed more and more shows starting to take on issues like that in their programming.
